These terms apply to the official LOVEISHA website, the LOVEISHA Android application download offered here, and the LOVEISHA companion experience.

LOVEISHA is intended only for adults aged 18 and older. By using the website or the application you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

AI-generated conversations

Isha is an AI companion. Everything Isha says is generated by an AI model and may be inaccurate, incomplete or fictional. It is not medical, legal, financial, psychological or any other kind of professional advice, and should not be relied on as such. If you need professional help, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency service.

Your account and use

Where an account is used, you are responsible for keeping access to it secure and for activity that happens through it. You are responsible for how you use LOVEISHA and for anything you submit to it.

Acceptable use

You may not use LOVEISHA for anything unlawful, abusive, harmful or harassing, or to produce or seek content involving minors, non-consensual acts, violence or illegal activity. You may not attempt to compromise, probe, reverse engineer, scrape, overload or disrupt the service, its infrastructure or its security, or use it to build a competing model or dataset.

Ownership

LOVEISHA, the Isha character, the branding, artwork, software and website content remain the property of LOVEISHA and its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the application and website for your own private use. You may not redistribute, resell or modify the application package.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. Features may be added, changed, paused or removed, and the website or application may be unavailable at times. This website is currently an information and Android download portal; features described as upcoming are not guaranteed and may change before release.

Termination

You can stop using LOVEISHA at any time and remove the application from your device. Access may be suspended or ended if these terms are breached or if it is necessary to protect the service or other users.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOVEISHA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
